Once you have decided to move forward, let us know and we will send you a contract to sign and a
non-refundable deposit of half of the total is due. We accept payment through Venmo or check.
When your contract and deposit is returned, your date is reserved! The remaining amount is due two weeks before your wedding date.
I want to book Earth and Air Films for my wedding, what comes next?
Can I add more al a carte options on to my package even after
I have signed the contract?
Yes! You can add on any al a carte options onto your package up until two weeks before the wedding!
What happens After I fill out my contract and send in my deposit?
We will reach out about two months before your wedding date and set up a time to chat about your
wedding details, go over your schedule and answer any remaining questions! We love to meet our
couples before the wedding day so that you get to know us, we get to know you, and it makes
your day more comfortable! We are also available at any point to answer any questions you may have
about videography or anything wedding related!
How soon will I get my wedding film after our wedding?
Our delivery time is 10-16 weeks after your wedding date. We will keep you updated as we edit and
make sure you are kept in the loop as to when you can expect your final film!
Do you have vendors you recommend?
Yes, absolutely! We have had the privilege of working with some amazing vendors that we would love to
recommend. Just let us know what vendors you are looking for and we will let you know some of our
favorites!
Do you travel?
Yes! We travel up to forty miles from Harrisburg, PA for free and anything after that is an additional charge of .56 cents per mile. If you are interested in having your wedding in a different state or even another country, we would love to chat more about what that might look like!
